Golden Paw Pet Resort is a pet boarding facility that caters to pet owners in North Park, Hillcrest, Point Loma and downtown San Diego. Although holidays were always busy, the company needed to improve the kennel’s overnight and doggie daycare census year round.

Golden Paw employees reported an immediate increase in demand for many services including doggie day care and grooming. After a physical upgrade to the facility, the greater demand for overnight stays in “suites” could be accommodated. Staff also began to more closely monitor referral sources and to reward current clients and professionals who participated in the new referral program.
